Wild Wyoming Sourdough–$10
This popular, tangy loaf is hand-crafted from wild yeast found only in my back forty! Fermented for eighteen hours, this tender crumb sports the crispiest crust this side of the Rocky Mountains.
Russian Rye -$10
This brown, peasant loaf is dense and rich, filled with pecans, and seven-grain cereal, and sweetened to perfection with deep robust molasses. A great breakfast bread it also pairs well with ham and Swiss and a dollop of dijon.
German Rye–$10
A spicy, flavorful loaf highlighting fennel seed, cardamom, and star anise. This is a large round boule best served with a hearty bowl of soup or piled high with pastrami, sour kraut, and a little secret sauce.
Sourdough English Muffins 6 pack for $18
These English muffins have a textured and chewy crumb with a brown crust griddled to perfection.
Honey Wheat Sandwich Loaf $10
Deliciously and lightly sweetened with honey, this loaf sometimes employs oats, Spelt, and even Emmer. It’s nutty and light, just perfect as toast and jam.
Challah – $10
A beautifully five-strand braid weaves enriched dough chock full of butter and farm-fresh eggs. French toast is not far behind when you crack into one of these.
Croissants and Pastries - $5/ea
From traditional, buttery croissants, plain and almond, to pain au chocolat, raspberry danish, bear claws filled with nutty nougat, or cherry, apple, heirloom tomato, and goat cheese danishes, Claire’s is on a mission to satisfy your Coeur de Francais!
Mocha Pecan Brownie – $5 EA
This chocolatey, rich brownie is cake-y and divine and smothered in a cocoa buttercream dotted with fresh roasted pecans.
